This happened in Allison Park, Pennsylvania in 1997.
From the report:
I saw the
object cross the sky on Tuesday night (12/16) at around 7:55 PM EST. It
was dark outside but the sky was complete clear except for stars (The
moon was still below the horizon). I was looking out the window when I
saw what appeared at first to be a low flying airplane, but the shape
was odd. As it came closer I could tell it wasn't a plane so I grabbed a
pair of binoculars from my closet and headed outside to take a look. By
this time the object was coming directly over my house. It was a long
hexagon shaped object with 6 large lights and several smaller
illuminations. The two lights at the end points of the object were red,
while the four lights that made up the center of the object were white.
In the inner surface of the object were what looked like a smaller ring
of lights, but the were very dim. These lights on the object were
different from what a normal aircraft lights look like. First off, they
did not blink. Second, the appeared diffused like the light from a LED,
not the bright bulb type lights that you would see on a airplane. While
the object was at a fairly high altitude I was able to see the actual
body of the object. It was definitely a solid mass, hexagon in shape. I
couldn't make out anything on the surface but it appeared to be a dark
grey or black. The total time I could see the object was about 4
minutes. It didn't seem to be moving very fast but it velocity and
direction were constant. The object also made almost no noise. I live 25
miles from Pittsburgh Intl. Airport so a lot of plane fly over head at a
fairly frequent pace and you can hear the engine drone from miles away,
but this thing made only a slight hum even as it flew away. If you
would like a more in-depth description or drawing of what I saw let me
know by e-mail and I can call or fax your office. I don't know if that
makes any sense or not, or if you have had any other reports from the
part of the country. I don't know what it was I saw but I can say for
almost certain that it was not a airplane and not a blimp.

Interesting airship patent on Google
This is an interesting looking patent for a hexagonal type airship I found on Google. Maybe a coincidence? I will find out what this thing is eventually...
Port Washington Wisconsin 1998
On Oct. 15, 1998 in Port Washington, Wisconsin a woman saw the Hexagon and reported that it was over 100 feet long. She described it to her husband who created this graphic representations of the craft. Lucky for me, I cant do graphics so I did not suffer a similar fate. However, my girlfriend says what she saw looks like this but she did not get a really good look at the front.
Antelope Valley 1998
On April 25, 1998 the Antelope Valley press reported that dozens of people in Rosamond California, which is 5 miles from a major Air Force plant, saw a hexagonal shaped craft with lights around it hovering near the Albertsons store the night of April 23rd.
First sighting 1989
The first recorded sighting I could find of a hexagon like craft was on Sept 4 1989 in West Sussex England. This was in the recently released UK files.
What is the Hexagon?
On the 24th of July at around 2 in the morning I got a phone call from my girlfriend who was amped up something fierce. She was on Hwy 93 heading south and about 75 miles north of Vegas when she saw a bunch of bright lights coming from her left. She thought it was a plane landing at first but it was traveling really slow and wasn't getting any lower. As it got closer to the highway she slowed way down to get a good look at it. She turned her stereo off to see if it was a jet plane and did not hear anything. She said it had lights all around the edges and was a hexagonal shape. She was so excited when she called that it took some major convincing to keep her from driving off into the desert after it.
I thought a little missed sleep and that frantic phone call would be the end of it. It wasn't. I made the mistake of joking about little green men. Hell hath no fury like a woman who has seen something weird at night! So for my penance I have created this blog to figure out what in the heck it is. We'll call itJune's Hexagon. No we wont. She does not like that...
